AirAsia Japan receives first A320

Japanese LCC AirAsia Japan has taken delivery of its first Airbus A320.
The Narita-based carrier plans to start services Aug. 1 from Narita to Sapporo and Fukuoka, and from Aug. 3 to Okinawa. Later in the year it will start services to Seoul (Incheon) and Busan in Korea.
AirAsia Japan, established in August 2011, is a joint venture between ANA Group (67%) and LCC AirAsia (33%).
The carrier is scheduled to receive three more A320s by year end.
