L-3 Communications has completed the acquisition of Thales Training & Simulation’s civil aircraft simulation and training business.

L-3 paid £83 million ($ 130 million) for the Crawley, UK-based business, which is now known as L-3 Link Simulation & Training UK and becomes a part of L-3’s existing Link Simulation & Training division.

The deal was first announced in April ( ATW Daily News, April 12 ).
